Frequently Asked Questions

Here we'll try to answer any questions you might have about Bankvendor.

How do I contact support?

We are here to help. Please submit a case online, and we will get back to you shortly.

Who can see the data?

Only registered financial institutions and vendors can access the system. Vendors can never view other vendors' data.

Before a financial institution is given access, Bankvendor verifies the bank's charter, checks a complete Experian business report, and runs a FACIS/Verisys sanction check to ensure only qualified institutions can access important vendor data.

Once a vendor company registers, all registered banks—but never other vendors—can see the vendor data.   That means vendor sales materials and qualifications can be seen by banking prospects that vendors haven’t contacted, opening up additional targeted sales opportunities without cold calls.

Is my data secure?
